Job Summary

Strategic Leadership Role

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative sales strategies, cross-sell optimization, and sustainable risk management.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute high-impact strategies to enhance customer engagement and expand market reach.

  2. Lead and empower cross-functional teams focused on partnerships, cobrand programs, and acquisition channels.

  3. Drive customer acquisition and cross-sell performance through data-driven insights and targeted campaigns.

  4. Ensure long-term portfolio health by embedding robust risk assessment and mitigation frameworks.

  5. Manage full profit and loss accountability for the Revolving Stream, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

  6. Champion continuous improvement and innovation of revolving credit products to meet evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

  7. Collaborate with multiple streams/departments across the enterprise (Risk, IT, Digital, Sales, Finance, and Operations).

  8. Handle relationships with external parties, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and partner schemes.

Requirements
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing acquisition and engagement strategies for credit portfolios, particularly revolving products.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role, with direct reports and experience leading a team in a matrixed environment.
  • Confidence in using data and analytics.
  • Agile mindset and ability to adapt and change quickly in evolving market conditions.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and key result areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Banking, Financing, or FinTech companies.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, project management, and process improvement.
