Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns, including keyword research, campaign optimization, and ad creation.
  • Execute rigorous keyword management and adjust bid strategies based on performance trends.
  • Navigate campaign types, attribution models, and bidding strategies to drive continuous account improvements.
  • Identify tracking needs or issues and assist other teams in setting up new conversion events or troubleshooting.
  • Improve Quality Scores, ad relevance, and landing page experience through ongoing optimizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong command of bid strategies and budget optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
