Benefits Coordinator Specialist

About the Role
Shopee is looking for an experienced Benefits Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Effective coordination and implementation of employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
- Analysis and review of benefit structures to ensure alignment with company goals and industry benchmarks
- Compliance with government regulations and laws related to employee benefits
- Development and maintenance of policies and procedures for benefits administration
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits into overall HR strategy
- Clear and effective communication with employees regarding benefits and entitlements
- Proactive identification and mitigation of risks associated with benefits administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration
- Strong understanding of benefits legislation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
