Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team at Trends Group, Inc. This role is responsible for administering various employee benefits programs that require confidential information.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling employee benefits processes and queries, as well as coordinating HMOs, company-related loans, and government-mandated benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities- Administers various employee benefits (company initiated and government mandated) which require confidential information.
- Coaches C&B Specialists in handling employee benefits processes and queries.
- Processes and coordinates HMO, prepares, monitors, and checks reports and billings.
- Processes and coordinates company-related and bank loans.
- Assists in planning and implementing employee incentive and retention programs.
- Daily IVANTI Ticketing monitoring for C&B Team.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports on handled tasks.
- Monitors and processes submission of performance appraisals and regularization of probationary employees, ensuring that immediate heads comply with the schedule set on Performance Review Policy.
- Monitors and processes overtime and leave requests.
- Prepares documentation and coordinates lateral transfers of employees.
- Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
- Processes and monitors all government-related benefit programs, procedures, and requirements with confidential information.
- Conducts orientation on Compensation & Benefits related topics to newly hired employees.
- Answers employee queries and requests on compensation and benefit matters.
- Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager, or Head.
