Job Summary

This role involves providing Level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.

  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in systems engineering, preferably with experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.

  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.

Additional requirements include proficiency in PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies, as well as familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.

Candidates should also have experience working with cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
