Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical project needs, working closely with clients and internal teams to scope and communicate effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client business rules and align them with baseline configuration options
  • Implement solutions based on client needs and platform architecture
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings for site configuration and delivery
  • Manage and track progress on client deliverables
  • Review client sites and usage metrics to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with client staff to promote platform adoption and usage
  • Respond to support tickets and other client correspondence
  • Partner with engineers to address client issues and verify solutions
  • Investigate data discrepancies and logic implementation
  • Work with data engineers on business rules and logic implementation
  • Identify opportunities to expand client subscriptions to meet additional data needs
  • Present client feedback and needs to product management
  • Educate clients on product usage and best practices
  • Document new product features and common support scenarios

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Preferably 2-4 years of client-facing business analyst and/or technical project management experience
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, especially in client support or client success capacity
  • At least 3 years of experience collaborating with technical teams as a QA, BA, and/or PM
  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
  • Familiarity with programming languages (preferably SQL and Python) or comfortable working with programming queries
  • Knowledge of data governance and business intelligence & analytics
  • Able to learn and understand software applications
