About the Job

The People Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations and providing strategic support to the assigned business unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the business unit head to optimize workforce productivity while maintaining cost efficiency and minimizing compliance risks.
  • Ensuring timely role fulfillment and high-quality hires through thorough assessments.
  • Maintaining a data-driven staffing forecast aligned with business objectives.
  • Partnering with the People Strategy team to identify suitable candidates and develop succession and retention programs.
  • Monitoring team performance, operational expenses, and adherence to industry regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serves as a key point of contact for all employee-related concerns, inquiries, and grievances.
  • Investigates workplace disputes and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Tracks service level agreements for resolving cases and issues.
  • Develops and implements corrective actions following investigation results.
  • Provides guidance to management on effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Analyzes trends in employee relations and suggests improvements.
  • Maintains accurate records of employee relations activities and outcomes.
  • Participates in employee engagement initiatives to boost overall employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Promotes collective bargaining agreements and union management, if applicable.
