Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lighting Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery process, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed takeoffs and cost estimates using industry-standard software
  • Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings to identify lighting fixtures and controls
  • Collaborate with project teams to verify and refine estimates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of lighting fixtures and controls
  • Proficiency in Planswift or Bluebeam
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
