About the Job
Are you a highly skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for heavy equipment and a drive to succeed? We're seeking a seasoned Road Sales Engineer to join our team in Carmona Cavite. As a key member of our sales force, you'll be responsible for driving the sales of our industry-leading heavy equipment machineries to key customers across the region. This is a full-time, in-person role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors
- Utilize your technical knowledge to provide tailored solutions using Bayfield's extensive product portfolio
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for customers
- Participate in trade or promotional shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote Bayfield's offerings
- Collaborate with the technical and after-sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales growth by leveraging your exceptional sales skills and staying up-to-date on competitors' products, pricing, and market statistics
- Provide valuable feedback to the product development team to enhance our solutions

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment, road construction equipment, or machinery industry
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, mining, or infrastructure equipment and machinery
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with senior-level stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Willingness to travel within the region and overseas for technical trainings
