Project In-Charge

About the role

KNK Machineries & Equipment Corporation, an affiliate of Kilton Motor Corporation is need of a Project In-Charge. You will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of projects, heavy equipment monitoring and related. This full-time position is based in Carmona Cavite and will see you working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

-Coordinate and monitor all aspects of project management, from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and risk management
-Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, issues and resolutions
-Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement detailed project plans and schedules
-Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure project objectives are met
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, cost tracking and change management processes
-Provide hands-on support to the construction team, ensuring work is completed to the required quality and safety standards
-Continuously look for ways to improve project efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project In-Charge or similar in heavy equipment/construction project management role
-Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and software
-Excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
-Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
