About the Role

As a Project In-Charge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of projects at Kilton Motor Corporation, an affiliate of KNK Machineries & Equipment Corporation.

This full-time position is based in Carmona Cavite and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of project management, from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and risk management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, cost tracking, and change management processes.
  • Provide hands-on support to the construction team, ensuring work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project In-Charge, or similar in heavy equipment/construction project management role.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
