Overview

A performance marketing agency seeks a seasoned paid search manager to lead the execution of campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managing large-scale paid search initiatives with expertise in Google and Microsoft Ads. A strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization techniques is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the media team to develop campaign strategies and execute setup and optimizations.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and channel spend, making adjustments as needed to meet KPIs.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through side projects and training opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in digital media buying.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with management tools such as Search Ads 360.
  • Certifications from Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Additional certifications such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or languages.
  • Familiarity with lead gen or performance marketing for education or SaaS verticals.
  • Experience working with global teams or cross-functional agency models.
