  • Complete monthly loan-level reviews and generate detailed reports on findings.
  • Assist with information gathering for audits/examinations.
  • Execute Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and licensing agencies reporting.
  • File Mortgage Call Report (MCR) submissions.
  • File California Finance Law (CFL) submissions.
  • File Department of Real Estate (DRE) submissions.
  • Manage organizational documentation.
