We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Analyst to join our HR Technology and Operations (HRTO) team. In this role, you will identify opportunities for process automation, design and implement automation solutions, and continuously improve existing automated processes.
As a member of our HRTO team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including IT, CoEs, Global Business Solutions (GBS), HR business partners, and other business functions. You will configure, troubleshoot, test, and deploy configuration in HR technologies (including Workday).
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging automation technologies to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing automation solutions, conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, configuring and customizing automation tools, testing and validating automation solutions, monitoring and maintaining automated processes, providing training and support to end-users, and staying up-to-date with emerging automation technologies.
