Job Responsibilities:
- Suggestively sell Client products and/or services to customers.
- Follow-up and escalate resolution actions related to unresolved issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email setup issues.
- Utilize chat services using proprietary software to detect, troubleshoot, and correct issues.
- Troubleshoot, detect, and correct configuration errors.
Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 6 months of continuous international BPO experience.
- For no call center experience, Candidate must have at least 2 years of college (without back subjects) in any field.
- With good to excellent English communication skills (speaking and listening).
- Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired.
- Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule.
