Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Costing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for conducting detailed cost analysis and developing cost models for new warehouse projects and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cost analyses to ensure alignment with financial targets and adjust projections based on updated supply and demand data.
  • Analyze labor, materials, and operational costs to assess project feasibility and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather data, understand project specifications, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets, timelines, and risk assessments related to potential delays or scope changes.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, project management, or warehouse/logistics operations.
Technical Skills:
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and cost estimation tools is a plus.
