Job Overview

This is a leadership role for managing payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accurate, timely multi-country payroll processing
  • Ensure adherence to global payroll laws and regulations; maintain processes in line with changing rules
  • Align payroll operations with finance and HR departments; coordinate employee lifecycle events and timelines
  • Lead and develop the payroll team; implement secure and compliant systems
  • Respond to payroll inquiries efficiently; enforce controls to minimize risk and fraud
  • Analyze payroll reports for senior leaders; collaborate with auditors and vendors
Required Skills:
  • Minimum seven years of experience in payroll management
  • At least one year of experience leading payroll staff or related field
  • Expertise in Ceridian Dayforce and global payroll management
  • In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws and compliance
  • Ability to adapt to evolving payroll systems/technologies; implement efficient solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports, analyze data, and maintain compliance documentation
