Effective facilities management is crucial for ensuring seamless operations within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND MANAGE WORK ORDERS TO OPTIMIZE FACILITIES FUNCTIONALITY.
- Process invoices and purchase orders, and prepare accurate accounting statements to ensure financial transparency.
- MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS OR SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATIONS.
- Provide administrative support, maintaining records and communications to enhance organizational efficiency.
- You should have a Bachelor's Degree or vocational graduate degree in a related field such as Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator, handling vendors and work orders to demonstrate expertise in facilities management operations.
- A strong background in facilities management operations is essential to excel in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary for effective communication and data analysis.
- You may need to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week to accommodate organizational needs.
