Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding, including orientation, explaining benefit offerings, and scheduling trainings to ensure a positive start for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly and providing guidance on team members, team leaders, and conflict resolution.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including travel and internet allowance, HMO, and leaves management, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and execution of performance appraisals and employee development plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal standards.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date employee records, staying updated on compliance, regulatory concerns, and industry trends.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain the company's HRIS, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Other Duties: Handle other HR-related duties as needed, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all HR records.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with HRIS, Payroll software, and Canva.
