
Customer Service and Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Use Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce to efficiently manage support tickets
- Follow troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when required
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear, empathetic solutions
- Assist in writing and updating technical documentation
- Provide basic guidance related to cars and car parts (training will be provided)
- Fluent English communication skills with strong verbal and written skills
- Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Some knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be a mechanic, but must be trainable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
- Detail-oriented and dependable
This is a part-time position with flexible shifts, 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to continuously improve their skills.
