Technical Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT specialist to join our team in a remote setup.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 admin portals, user accounts, licenses, and security policies.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing.
- Support and maintain Windows systems, including remote access and patching.
- Provide tier 1-2 support and incident resolution.
- Document processes and technical procedures.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft admin portals and Windows environments.
- Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call flow, SIP configuration, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
