Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Team Leader to join our team. This is a leadership role that involves managing a team of marketers and overseeing the development of paid media accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 7-8 direct reports, providing guidance and support, and holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements.

  • Manage a team of analysts and communicate with clients by email to create, optimize, and manage the development of paid media accounts delivering against performance, ROI, and revenue targets.
  • Participate in testing and optimization; ensure all elements are executed confidently.
  • Lead the team in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps and other important account metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs; regular use of spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
