Key Role: SEM Team Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling a team of specialists in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ad campaigns across various platforms. This role involves direct management of a large team, building strong leadership skills, and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee the growth and development of a new team, including setting targets, conducting weekly coaching sessions, and identifying technical capabilities and cultural fit of applicants during the interview process.
  • Paid Ads Campaign Management: Develop and maintain competitive assessments of Paid Ads Campaigns to meet key client targets. Demonstrate initiative in managing Paid Ads Campaigns across various platforms, recommending and enacting changes to campaign structures based on business goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and facilitate process training for all members of the team, report technical issues affecting daily business function to relevant internal and external teams, and collaborate to resolve them.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and leading large teams within a digital marketing or SEM context.
  • Extensive experience with paid ads campaigns across various platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital performance marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience in setting up and scaling new teams or business units, preferably in international locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious targets.
