Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure staff optimization by preparing for voice and non-voice volume
  2. Monitor schedule adherence, service levels, absenteeism, and other applicable service metrics
  3. Coordinate with training and talent acquisition to forecast and manage staffing needs
  4. Collaborate with IT to customize information systems for fiscal activities

Requirements:

  • BPO Operations background
  • At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning
  • Expertise in Forecasting, Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management
  • High attention to detail, good analytical skills, and strong numerical literacy
