We are seeking a meticulous Estimator to perform various duties.

  • Data Management Responsibilities:
    • Accurately record project data within the company system
    • Maintain precise records of all estimates, bids, and project costs
    • Organize project documents, including plans, specifications, and proposals
  • Takoff Duties:
    • Conduct detailed takoffs from blueprints and specifications
    • Utilize industry-standard software for takoff and quantity calculations
  • Estimate Creation Tasks:
    • Develop accurate cost estimates for projects
    • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Crm Utilization:
    • Effectively utilize crm software to track leads and manage customer relationships
    • Generate reports and analyze data to improve estimating accuracy
