Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in façade detailing and quantity takeoffs. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience, strong technical skills, and proficiency in specialized software.

The successful individual will have a strong background in preparing accurate shop drawings, reviewing architectural and structural plans, and using AutoCAD and Excel for efficient design and estimation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.
  • Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF.
  • Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.
  • Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Utilize Logikal Software, AutoCAD, and Excel to complete design and estimation tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in façade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

A portfolio showcasing your design and estimation work is highly recommended. Experience with Revit is a plus but not required.
