
Leading Client Solutions Specialist

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for the successful integration of our products, supporting clients with various needs, and developing strong relationships that lead to retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client services to meet their complex needs.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into strategic solutions.
- Present and facilitate meetings for different clients regarding our product suite.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment.
- Work with the engineering team to prioritize and manage customer requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers.
- Understanding of technical documentation and API integrations.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
