A skilled and organized professional is needed to provide exceptional support services, manage business operations, and handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of business listings across multiple platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders through professional correspondence and calls.
  • Draft, review, and send high-quality documents with precise English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative and executive support functions.
  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Previous experience in accounting or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
