Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing analytical support to business partners by delivering timely and accurate reports, analysing trade working capital, following up on outstanding customer debts and offering first-level support for AR inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting department of a large corporate organisation, possessing strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in ERP and other business/accounting tools.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and report on trade working capital to support business decisions
  • Follow up on outstanding customer debts
  • Provide first-level support for AR inquiries
  • Identify/implement process training within workstreams and participate in GBS initiative trainings
  • Support implementation of GBS strategies
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in ERP and other business/accounting tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English)
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills in Portuguese
