Responsibilities

The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the overall operations of the Contact Centers.
  • Issuing Letters of Authority and explaining non-coverage rationales to members.
  • Processing availment cases based on procedures and benefit applications guidelines.
  • Documenting and filing all transactions in the system.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues at first-hand level (if possible).
  • Escalating complex cases based on set escalation procedures.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve Key Results Areas.
  • Supporting Operations 24/7 and ensuring compliance with pre-advised shift schedules.
  • Securing overriding approval from the Customer Care Supervisor for LOAs beyond Specialists' authority limits.
  • Implementing cost reduction measures through efficient use of office supplies/facilities.
