Lead Finance Architect

This role is designed for an experienced finance leader to pioneer a cutting-edge AI-powered financial ecosystem.

  • Craft strategic financial frameworks that fuel rapidly scaling educational ventures.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform expansion strategies and optimize budget frameworks.

This position requires hands-on leadership with expertise in optimizing ERP platforms, managing external audits, and leading finance teams. We are seeking a visionary finance leader who can simplify complexity through strategic documentation and system optimization.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership positions with demonstrable advancement.
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions.
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting.
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms, preferably in multi-entity organizational structures.

This is a full-time position requiring collaboration directly with our senior leadership team. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
