We are seeking a seasoned Blockchain Engineer/Blockchain Architect to spearhead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to build novel governance and asset management mechanisms on Solana, while leveraging our established presence in the financial technology space.

You will play a key role in defining the future of on-chain asset management on Solana. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and deploying high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain with a focus on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks, spending limits, and role-based permissions.
  • Building and iterating on core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana with Rust.
  • Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled sizable funds.
  • Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
  • Peer collaboration and code quality: Maintains a high standard for code quality, reliability, and peer review. Demonstrates strong communication skills, challenges ideas respectfully, and actively contributes to raising the technical bar across the team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Ethereum smart contract development (Solidity), ERC-4337 account abstraction standards, and cross-chain protocol design.
  • AI fluency: You embrace using AI tools to accelerate development and explore ideas, but you apply them with discernment, not as a replacement.
  • Security Mindset: Experience applying secure software development practices, threat modeling, and understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities.
