Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Strategist to work with our Sales and other significant departments to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, finding and developing new markets and improving sales. This includes attending conferences, meetings and industry events, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, discovering and exploring business opportunities, examining risks and potentials for the business opportunities and following industry trends locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth
  2. Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  3. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  4. Managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  5. Communicating complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
