Job Title: CDRL and QA Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CDRL and QA Manager to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables on a nationwide project.

This role ensures all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

The successful candidate will manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing QA systems aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Conducting internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation
  • Coordinating with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards
  • Documenting and tracking quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college, and minimum 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects within the last 10 years.
