Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with experience working in an eCommerce or Digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of our website and digital systems.
• Monitor eCommerce operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve operational incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a similar role, particularly in an eCommerce or Digital environment.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Good understanding of testing process and SDLC.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Experience working within an agile development environment, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
