About Our Team

As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of our heroes, including creative resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience working as a team leader in a BPO environment.
  • Should be college-educated and possess above-average communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Arabic.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and direct the daily activities of our heroes.
  2. Provide meaningful career and professional development to our heroes.
  3. Carry out needs assessments and performance reviews for our heroes.
  4. Set and meet performance targets for efficiency and quality.
  5. Evaluate service delivery processes and teams to ensure they meet Enshored and client-specific KPI targets.
  6. Practice and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  7. Coordinate with fellow coaches serving shared customers to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Industry Knowledge: Travel experience in the CX space, dealing with end consumers.
  • Technical Skills/Tool Knowledge: Customer Support, Problem Resolution, Product Knowledge, Order Processing, Documentation, Follow-Up, Team Collaboration, Maintain Service Standards.
  • Soft Skills: Empathy, Active listening, Communication, Problem-solving, Patience, Adaptability, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution, Time management, Teamwork.
