Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned product features from business, end-user, and technical perspectives.
  • Identify risks, issues, and problems in the product feature and propose mitigation steps.
  • Create test strategies, test designs, and test specifications for the full testing cycle of the feature.
  • Manage a pool of testers to execute necessary tests.
  • Own and be the point person for assigned product features.
  • Account for and review the quality of assigned product features.
  • Prepare documentation and conduct demonstrations of the product feature.
  • Collaborate with support teams, sales teams, marketing teams, and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any field and a willingness to pursue a career in IT. Key skills include analytical thinking, problem-solving, accuracy, attention to detail, autonomous work, organization, leadership, and teamwork.
