Job Description

Quality Assurance Analyst at Med-Metrix LLC is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to create detailed test plans and test cases.

Key tasks include reviewing system specifications, conducting manual and automated testing before product launches to ensure smooth software operation and client satisfaction.

This role requires close coordination with project teams to communicate testing results and status.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Test complex software systems in agile development environments
  2. Plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
  3. Review requirements and engage in robust story refinement
  4. Coordinate Test Plan execution with team members
  5. Advocate for quality practices and ensure their implementation
  6. Analyze defects and track maintenance
  7. Validate conformance to requirements

Qualifications

Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.

Strong understanding of QA processes and collaboration with Development teams is also essential.

Knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL is a requirement.

Project management and QA methodology experience is highly desirable.

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors is critical for success in this role.
