As a Bilingual Spanish Member Support Representative, you will be interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and voicemail to address inquiries, assist with plan changes, and resolve concerns.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer support by answering inquiries, processing plan changes, and resolving issues across multiple communication channels.
  • Engaging in product/service sales, making outbound calls/emails to decision-makers, building rapport quickly, assessing needs, and closing sales when appropriate.
  • Qualifying leads by conducting prospecting and scrubbing of contact information and engaging with potential customers interested in the products or services.
  • Assisting in the creation and management of digital campaigns from initial idea generation through to pitch and qualification of prospects.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas by successfully closing deals and achieving sales objectives.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish: Must be fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
  • Education: At least a Senior High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of BPO or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality service while maintaining professionalism.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Sales Acumen: Comfortable with sales activities and working toward sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on product, service, and policy changes to ensure accurate information is provided.
