Primary Tasks
  • Manage patient interactions via phone and email regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification
  • Facilitate denial resolution and follow-up processes
  • Correct and resubmit denied claims
  • Submit electronic and paper claims to primary, secondary, and third-party insurance companies
  • Record and verify explanation of benefits
Qualifications and Skills
  • A strong interest in US Healthcare Claims Customer Service is required
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance billing, is highly valued
  • HIPAA Certification is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and impartiality are crucial
  • Highly organized and computer-savvy individuals thrive in this role
  • A positive work attitude and willingness to go above and beyond are necessary

  • 8.00 GB RAM ensures smooth performance

  • A camera capable of clear video output is necessary
