Job Summary

The Desktop Support Analyst 2 plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing on-site IT support to their respective site. They work under the supervision of the IT Manager and are responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • They serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries and concerns within their site
  • Identify areas of improvement or recurring issues and escalate them as required
  • Perform field support functions associated with internal and external customer needs
  • Diagnose and resolve complex, non-recurring problems associated with application software and operating systems
Required Skills
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, mobile devices, and telecommunications devices
  • Maintain inventory of installed software and hardware
  • Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely product delivery and installation
