Reliability Maintenance Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the execution of preventive maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement of equipment uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance tasks for all plant equipment and facilities.
  • Analyze equipment failure trends and implement reliability improvement strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment uptime.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime during maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems and be proficient in CMMS software. They should also possess excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in industrial maintenance with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with reliability engineering principles, including RCA, FMEA, and TPM.
  • Certification in maintenance, such as CMRP, is an advantage.
