- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in landscaping, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of groundskeeping or exterior facilities maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, pest control, and outdoor infrastructure upkeep.
- Ability to interpret site plans, schedules, and work orders from the engineering/facilities team.
- Skilled in using and maintaining grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.).
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and sustainability practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
