As
Oil Mill Supervisor
, you will lead day-to-day mill operations including production monitoring, manpower supervision, preventive maintenance coordination, process troubleshooting, quality assurance, and compliance with operational standards. This position requires a strong leader with technical knowledge of milling processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily oil mill operations to achieve production targets in line with company standards.
• Monitor process performance, product quality, and equipment efficiency.
• Lead and manage production teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime, improve yield, and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and operational reports.
• Enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental standards within the oil mill area.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to build technical and operational capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Licensed Engineer (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in oil milling, food manufacturing, or related production environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of oil mill operations, process flow, and equipment handling.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and production monitoring tools.
