Enterprise Application Engineer

As an Enterprise Application Engineer, you will play a key role in helping us drive business growth and success by implementing our enterprise applications product roadmap. You will work closely with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and find solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze system requirements and design effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partner with business and internal technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Good understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.
  • Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript or other scripting languages.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
