About the Role

The Store Experience Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional retail experience that directly impacts brand perception, loyalty, and sales performance. This involves bridging operational excellence with experiential marketing to ensure every aspect of the store aligns with the company's brand promise and commercial objectives.

This strategic position is critical to differentiating the store from competitors, increasing dwell time, boosting conversion rates, and fostering brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will safeguard operational efficiency while transforming the store into a destination that drives both immediate revenue and long-term customer relationships.

This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the growth and rollout of our retail stores, focusing on customer engagement and brand visibility. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing retail operations and teams, preferably at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement store strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility
  • Lead the growth and rollout of new retail stores
  • Manage store performance and reports to track activities, monitor sales, operations, and customer experience
  • Implement effective merchandising and promotion to drive traffic and sales
  • Brief and manage external agencies, vendors, and dealers involved in store design, construction, and maintenance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with mall operators to secure prime locations and favorable terms
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and maintain business plans and budgets
  • Audit stores to verify compliance with brand standards and optimize retail execution
  • Bridge online and offline experiences for seamless customer journeys
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • At least 13 years of experience in managing retail stores, preferably at a regional level
  • Strong retail operations background and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams and managers
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data, trends, and performance metrics
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on customer service
