Job Title: Head of Credit Operations
In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit risk policies and procedures tailored to real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining credit risk policies and procedures that align with company objectives
  • Assessing borrower creditworthiness, including individuals, developers, and institutional clients
  • Monitoring the performance of the credit portfolio, identifying emerging risks, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Leading a team of credit analysts and underwriters, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Collaborating with legal, finance, and property management teams for seamless deal execution and risk alignment

Requirements Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8-10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate or top financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. lending regulations and real estate market dynamics
  • Proficiency in credit scoring models, financial analysis, and risk assessment tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
