Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in computer science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer. They will also have a proven track record of working in well-established organizations and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to reproduce and resolve various enquiries.
  • Provide technical support through our channels via Zendesk, JIRA, and phone.
  • Identify fixes and develop code.
  • Configure servers and networks in the Cloud.
  • Update database records to keep client records up-to-date.
  • Update knowledge base to improve self-servicing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong academic foundation from reputable universities.
  • Demonstrated track record in well-established or recognized organizations.
  • Experience as a Software Engineer (5+ years).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer-attentiveness and experience facing customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue).
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS).
  • Bitbucket and GitHub CI/CD knowledge.
  • Proficiency in reading logs (e.g., Splunk).
  • Understanding load testing tools and analyzing results.
