Job Description

The Network Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the client's network infrastructure. This includes monitoring the network 24/7, identifying anomalies or issues, and proactively managing the network to prevent potential downtime or performance degradation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points is also required.

The Network Infrastructure Specialist will work closely with the client's IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the network systems and assist in resolving network-related issues. They will also be responsible for documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in a network support role or a similar position.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
