Secure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Secure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Infrastructure Security Team, you will be responsible for building resilient and secure cloud infrastructure components that support our customers' DevSecOps objectives from day one.

This position involves collaborating across departments to deliver non-product infrastructure initiatives and ensure seamless automation, secure defaults, and paved paths for our teams worldwide. Your expertise will be essential in identifying misconfigurations, establishing best practices, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver secure cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the highest standards of security and reliability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop secure infrastructure solutions that meet their needs
  • Identify and remediate security issues, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities related to our cloud, container, and Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Implement visibility tools to enhance environment awareness and accelerate threat detection
  • Develop paved paths to enable engineers to accelerate secure delivery of their work
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for architecture reviews and provide security guidance for new projects

As a Secure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our organization's security posture.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Development experience with Go, Python, Ruby
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
  • Knowledge of the Linux operating system, containers (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
  • An interest in Information Security
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in communicating over text-based mediums and succinctly documenting technical details
